You will learn a lot about the journalist's tools and the processes in the studio. You learn to prepare specifically and define topics. How do you manage not only to respond to questions, but also to help shape an interview and introduce your own topics? To place your core messages? You will find out more about the do's and don'ts in the interview.

Responding calmly and credibly to critical questions is one of the most important skills you will take away from this seminar. You will learn about the five categories of critical questions - and the appropriate techniques for dealing with them. In the best case scenario, you can turn a difficult situation into a great moment for yourself and your company!

In many practical exercises, we repeatedly go through a wide variety of situations in a protected space and immediately check the statements for effectiveness and credibility - until we find the right solution for you.
