Short Description:

It has never been more important to communicate quickly and appropriately in the event of a crisis. Thanks to social media, reports spread faster and faster and there is hardly any time to develop strategies for a company and its spokespersons to react appropriately. This is why it is so important to be prepared for potential crisis scenarios.

In the crisis communication seminar you will learn about the processes and difficulties of different types of crises. You analyze successful and less successful crisis communications from other companies and draw valuable conclusions for yourself. What early warning signs are there and how can potential crises be averted with good issue management? What messages and what inner attitude do you bring to the public and when?

You will learn valuable techniques that will help you pull the right levers in an emergency and calmly say and do the right things; to make the right statements even when the information and news situation is difficult; to react calmly and confidently to critical questions and attacks. You define your possible crisis scenarios - we work together to develop the appropriate public response in many exercises and video recordings.

  • You are best prepared to react authentically and prudently in the event of a possible crisis.
  • You know what the media and the public expect from you and communicate in a targeted manner at the right time, even within your own company.
  • You are able to prevent greater damage to your company/institution and protect your image.
  • You know that every crisis also contains an opportunity and know how to make the best possible use of it.
